The latest and greatest DVD Burner from Pioneer is the DVR-A05. This is
the model number when sold as a retail package. You can also buy the
DVR-105 drive from some distributors, but you may have to buy it with other
hardware, as an OEM purchase. This model follows the very successful
DVR-A03, and DVR-A04 models.
Note that the recently announced Blu-Ray Disc recorder from Sony can read
DVD-R discs, but not DVD+R discs. Pioneer is also expected to announce a
Blu-Ray Disc Recorder soon.
